In regards to the grout, have you placed glad wrap over the top after you treated the area?
Grout unfortunately is very porous and does suck alot of the uric crystals in that are left behind. If you saturate the area and the cover with plastic and leave for up to 24hrs, it keeps the product wetter for longer. As soon as urineFREE dries out, it deactivates.
