We found the smell of the spray quite unpleasant and it has continued to linger even after further washing of the carpet, initially with water as suggested then with other products. As such, we were unable to determine if it had removed the urine smell or just masked it. I also found the urine detector, while showing up a multitude of other cleaning opportunities, did not clearly indicate the areas where we knew the urine was.”

Can we please confirm you are finding the smell unpleasant when smelling the inside of the bottle? Or is that just once it's been sprayed onto the carpet?
