Works great and saves time covering larger areas rather than using a spray bottle.

I used the battery powered sprayer which sprays only a small area and is fairly hard on the back having to keep leaning over to get close enough to get the spray on the grass to sufficiently wet it. Had to hold it about 30-40 cms above the grass, any higher and the spray tends to blow away before hitting the grass. It wasn't windy either. The batteries seem to last well. It doesn't have a lock to keep the spray on. You have to keep holding the trigger which gets tiring on the hand. You are better off using a 5l pump spray bottle with a long trigger spray. Then you don't have to bend over, get a larger spray area at a time and easier on the hand. For the amount of grass I have to spray I wouldn't bother to use it again.

Lasted under three minutes. Very underwhelmed by it. Product great but this was a total waste of money. Regretful purchase.

Hi Denise. I'm really sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience with our battery sprayer and we do offer a 100% money back guarantee. I did respond to your comment on Instagram asking for you to email me about troubleshooting but I didn't receive a response. While working through with you about the battery sprayer, I would have gone through these things with you. 1. Can you please confirm you have inserted the batteries correctly, i.e. one up and one down (see here: https://bit.ly/howtoinsertbatteriescorrectly)? Some customers seem to miss that step so we like to double check. The batteries need to be placed in this orientation to be able to draw the liquid from the bottle. A different orientation will sometimes allow the sprayer to turn on but it won't draw any liquid, or will suck the liquid into the bottle as opposed to spraying it out. 2. Try new batteries. It is possible that the batteries provided could be flat so please try new batteries to double check. 3. If you're still having issues: - Try removing the small white ring that attaches to the bottle to create better suction, if you're having trouble drawing the liquid from the bottle. - Try placing the end of the straw into hot water and turning the sprayer on. There may be a small blockage that needs to be dislodged. - Can you hear any noise coming from the sprayer when you turn it on? I have also attached some instructions that may help: https://bit.ly/batterysprayerinstructions If you still can't get it to work, please confirm you have tried all of the above and we are happy to send a free replacement. Look forward to hearing back from you. Regards Rachel

Easy to 'install', use and rinse. Minimal control over spray force but that wasn't an issue for our space.
