“every thing works fine except the fact that the sprayer not compatible with the bottle ,maybe I miss understood some instruction ,I tightened it up but it popped of and have found that it doesn't screw onto bottle at all ,causing spillage but yes it works but wiull need to find compatible bottle for it”

I'm so sorry you are unhappy with our product.
It's possible that there was air in the lines of the battery sprayer and we recommend taking the lid off occassionally while you are using it to help with that.
If there is too much pressure with any bottle, the lid can pop off.
Are you able to try again using this technique and let me know if it has helped.
If you still aren't satisfied, I would be more than happy to send you out a replacement sprayer free of charge.

We are sorry to hear the battery sprayer does not seem to be functioning properly. Can you please confirm you have inserted the batteries correctly, i.e. one up and one down? Some customers seem to miss that step so we like to double check.
