Hi Dianne. I'm sorry to hear that you haven't had a good experience with the battery sprayer. We do try to quality control but with the amount we send out, some do fall through the cracks. Hi Carina. I'm sorry to hear the battery sprayer doesn't seem to be functioning properly and you may have received a faulty one. You can try removing the small white ring from inside the bottle cap that attaches the battery sprayer to the bottle. This may cause better suction and make the sprayer work better but if not, please let me know and I can get a new battery sprayer sent out to you free of charge. Thanks Rachel
