I'm sorry to hear that the battery sprayer hasn't worked for you and it does sound like you received a faulty one.
You did mention that you changed the batteries but can you please make sure they have been inserted correctly ie. one up and one down as some customers have missed this step.
If you have tried this and the battery sprayer still isn't working, I am happy to send you out a replacement.
