“I have installed synthetic grass on our approx 5M x 4M balcony for our new puppy to play and do his wees. Up until the first time I washed down the grass there was no smell but just add water and boom, pungent wee smell. Friends recommended other products that didn't do much as we wanted no smell at all otherwise it wafts all through the apt. We got UrineFree and as advertised wee smell gone and leaves no sticky residue on grass either. If your grass smells I'd recommend spraying a good amount and treat the whole area and then do spot sprays to maintain from there. I've been using for a while now and have found in my situation is avoid saturating your fake grass if laid directly on to tiles or concrete if you can and just spray UrineFree instead or if you do saturate your grass make sure you have UrineFree available to apply before the grass starts drying otherwise it will smell putrid.
