How big is the area of synthetic grass you are trying to treat?
How much product have you used?
Have you treated the area with urineFREE first before applying backyardFRESH?
UrineFREE is a bacteria and enzyme cleaning and stain removing solution that is designed to "eat" and destroy any uric crystals that are left behind from urine. These are the culprits of the odour and the stain.
