1. What were you using BackyardFRESH for and on what surface?
2. Had you used urineFREE previously?
3. How much BackyardFRESH did you use?
UrineFREE is a bacteria and enzyme cleaning and stain removing solution that is designed to 'eat' and destroy any uric crystals that are left behind from urine. These are the culprits of the odour and the stain. This can be used indoors or outside on synthetic grass/real grass.
BackyardFRESH however is a long lasting deodoriser that will not 'clean' the affected area of urine but will provide relief from the smell and a more cost effective alternative when the urine doesn't need to be permanently removed.
We recommend that BackyardFRESH be used in conjunction with urineFREE, in between urineFREE treatments for affordable long term relief of urine odours.
