1. How big is the area being treated and is it real grass or synthetic turf?
2. What is the underlay underneath the synthetic turf?
3. How long has your dogs been using the grass for?
4. How big are your dogs?
5. Does your turf have any infill?
6. Was it urineFREE you have used aswell or just backyardFRESH?
urineFREE is a bacteria and enzyme solution that eats and destroys uric crystals left over from urine. Once treated it will leave your grass clean and free of the urine odour.
BackyardFRESH is a long lasting deodoriser that is intended to give you some relief between urineFREE treatments and is also a most cost effective way when the urine isn't needed to be permanently removed.
In regards to the grass dying, I'm not sure as to why that has happened due to there being no chemicals in the product. It is non-toxic and environmentally safe.

I'm sorry you have not had a good experience with our product.
Can I just ask if you have used urineFREE or backyardFRESH?
The review was for your purchase of backyardFRESH 5L which is a long lasting deodoriser. backyardFRESH does not contain the enzymes and bacteria needed to break down the uric crystals as urineFREE does so the uric crystals will still be visible with the UV light it will not act as a deterrent to stop your doing re visiting there.
