We know our products and we completely back them with a money back guarantee to work as directed or your money back. However when customers tell us it hasn't work we always ask a few questions...
1. How big is the area of carpet?
2. How much product have you used? How much product do you have left?
3. What size/breed of animal do you have? The amount of urine can vary significantly.
4. Did you use previous products before applying urineFREE. If yes, what?
5. After urineFREE had dried did you remove the residue completely?
5. How many times did you reapply?
With carpet, it can take several treatments and enough product to 'bleed' the urine back up to the surface for further removal.
While this is happening, it can make the stain darker to start with and the odour can become stronger. Further treatments are then need once the stain has been cleaned. The stain needs to be blotted and the remaining residue removed after each treatment with a clean cloth and water.
Once you have done that, you can reapply urineFREE again.
