I have left a response to your other 3 star review but I thought I would tackle this one separately.🙂 I just had a few questions if that's ok?
1.Was it a fresh stain or old stain that you tried to pick up with the urineFREE black light? Wet or dry?
2.Was the room dark?
3.Did you leave enough time for your eyes to adjust to the light and do you know what to look for?
4.What surface are you using the light on?
5.Have you cleaned the area with urineFREE or any other product before using the light?
The urineFREE black light only works at picking up dried uric acid crystals. It will not work for a wet or fresh stain as the uric acid has not had time to crystallise.
If there is any light sources, then it can hinder the lights effectiveness.
Sometimes for areas like carpet, the light might not pick up the crystals, especially if the area has been cleaned previously. This is because the urine seems down through the carpet, through the underlay and pools on the subfloor. If not enough product is used, the surface crystals are removed but the uric crystals underneath are still there. The light unfortunately won't pick these crystals up.
Again I am sorry that you have not been happy with the black light but hopefully I will hear back from you soon so we can try to work out what went wrong.

Is the stain fresh or old? Wet or dry?
Have you used anything previously to try to remove the urine? Any chemicals?
Can you still smell urine in that area and have you cleaned the area after you treated with urineFREE with a clean cloth and bucket of water?
