Hello.
Once you have turned all the lights off and let your eyes adjust, the urine marks are generally able to be found either in circular puddle shapes or spraying marks which are little flecks on walls, furniture/ vertical surfaces.
These dried uric crystals will have a low glow to them of a yellow/green colour. Things like fluff for example can sometimes be picked up which will glow a brighter white/blue colour.
