Hi Manie.
I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been happy with the black light. We do offer a 100% money back guarantee but if it ok I ask you a few questions?
What were you using the black light on? Tiles, carpet, floorboards ect.
Was the urine dry or wet? Fresh or old?
Was the room very dark with all light sources turned off?
Had you used any chemicals or products previously to try to remove the urine before using the black light?
The room does need to be quite dark in order for the black light to be able to pick up the dried uric crystals and the urine does need to be dry and crystals formed for the light to work.
If there has been chemicals or products used previously, this can remove the surface uric crystals and then in turn make it harder for the light to find them.
Again, we back our products 100% so we look forward to trying to troubleshoot with you.
Thanks
Rachel
