I am sorry to hear that urineFREE didn't preform as you would have hoped.
Can i ask how long the stain has been there for?
Is the timber sealed or not sealed?
How much product did you apply? How many times did you treat?
Stains in hardwood floors are notoriously hard to remove as several treatments are often needed to help "lift" the stain as well as enough product!
I would recommend to saturate the area with urineFREE and then place glad wrap over the top. This will help with evaporation keeping the product wetter for longer.
As long as urineFREE is wet, it will continue to break down the uric crystals and the stain. As soon as it dries, it deactivates.
UrineFREE needs at least 30 mins dwell time to work at breaking down and destroying the uric crystals, but you can leave the glad wrap on for up to 24hours if you wish for the initial treatment.
After this time, remove the glad wrap and wipe over with a wet paper towel to remove any sticky residue that may be left behind. Leave to air dry.
Consecutive treatments may be necessary to gradually lighten the stain. You can apply urineFREE and leave for 30 mins before wiping clean again. No need to apply the glad wrap in these treatments but it is advised you wipe clean after each treatment.
Please note that sometimes the acidity of the urine can cause wood burn which is irreversible.
In this case, each urineFREE treatment should lighten the stain but if it lightens to a colour that you are not happy with, you may need to sand that area back to it's original colour and then re seal.
