“I have been using urine free for over a year now and would never use anything else to remove the urine puddles & stains left by my incontinent and much loved maltese terrier & occasionally the markings of my territorial cats. I tried lots of other cleaning products (including urine ones) and nothing worked until I tried urine free. I use it to clean my litter trays, have used it on my floors & carpets, sofa and even a bed mattress and every time it has worked. As for customer service I found this very surprising because when I contacted them to ask them how to apply it to my sofa they were very friendly and sent me a page of helpful tips (on a weekend I might add) on how to apply and check that I got it all.
