urineFREE would be great to use on concrete.
Concrete can be very porous so you will need to saturate the area in order for it to come into contact with all the uric crystals.
You can also use some plastic or a tarp to cover the concrete area after you have treated with urineFREE to help with evaporation and to give it "dwell" time to break down the uric crystals. This can be left on up to 24hrs. We recommend doing this at night or late in the afternoon to help with evaporation aswell as urineFREE is water based.
Several treatments may be needed depending on how long the urine has been there for.
After the 24hrs, remove the tarp and hose down to remove the sticky residue. Let air dry and then do the sniff test. If you can no longer smell urine, then you have gotten it all but if you can still smell urine, treat again.

“We purchased a home that had been rented out, the renters had cats that pee'd on the carpet in the bedrooms. We knew this and had the carpet removed which was worn anyway, in some of the rooms the pee had seeped through into the concrete floors and dried leaving a foul odor. So we sprayed the floors with Urine Free and put one of those cheap painters plastic drop sheets on them to keep it from evaporating too fast.
