Can I ask what surface you applied the urineFREE to?
How long has the stain been there for?
Have you cleaned it with a bucket or clean water and a clean cloth after each treatment to remove any excess product?
How many treatments did you do?

If you have treated the area in question sufficiently with urineFREE, then the bacteria and enzymes contained in urineFREE will seek out and destroy any uric acid crystals. These are the culprits for the stain and odour.
Removing these uric acid crystals, will remove any sign that an animal has visited there in the past and so should remove the temptation to re visit there again.
Sometimes though there are health reasons as to why an animal returns to a particular spot or behavioural reasons in which case, urineFREE is not a repellent.
Can I ask how much urineFREE you have used?
How many times have you treated the area?
Have you cleaned the area with clean water and a clean cloth after each treatment?
Have you left the urineFREE on the area at least 30 mins so it can break down the uric acid crystals?

I bought the large refill, but have had to experiment with many spray bottles to get one that delivers an even mist right to the end.”
