Can i ask how you have treated your couch?
How much product have you used?
Did you use any chemicals previously before you used urineFREE?
Please note that urineFREE is not a repellent.
If there reason the cat still visits the same area is due to it being able to smell urine from previously, then once cleaned with urineFREE, that should stop.
Sometimes though the reason is behavioural and in this case, urineFREE will not stop them visiting there.
I just need to know how you have treated the area so that i can be sure you have treated correctly.

I'm sorry to hear that the parcel has taken so long to arrive to you.
Unfortunately, as soon as the parcel leaves our hands, how long the parcel takes to arrive with Aus post is out of our control.
I have looked up tracking and it says that your parcel was delivered yesterday. I hope this is the case.
