“Unatoc tome sto je vlasnica apartmana bila draga i na raspolaganju, dočekao nas je iznimno prljav apartman. Sofa koja je stara, prasna i prljava do razine da se na njoj se ne moze sjediti. Nalazili smo ostatke smeca gostiju prije nas. Kuhinju smo morali temeljito ocistiti i dezinficirati prije bilo kakve upotrebe isto kao i kupaonicu i podove. Prljava wc skoljka, deka koja nije oprana duže vrijeme i slicno..”
