If they aren't able to deliver, they put the package in a shop that's:
- really far away, most of the time in another district and with bad public transportation
- has bad opening hours, making it difficult to pick up the package for people working fulltime
Please consider switching to Post (24/7 Abholstationen, yay) or at least DHL (which has generally more partner shops).”
