Only into the second week but so far very good. Easy set-up. Easy to use. Great tasting water. Over the course of a year it should be less expensive than purchasing RO water. No more hauling 5 gallon jugs.

I've had a K19 model for over a year now and it works very well. Water is hard where I live and it doesn't taste good but it tastes very good after the filteration.

I bought the Waterdrop K19 Countertop Reverse Osmosis System, but I have not used the replacement part yet. Therefore, this review is for the system, not for the part. I am happy with the filter; it performs very well, and its dispenser is very precise. The wastewater is minimal and acceptable for an RO system. My system also has temperature adjustment, which is handy for winter. I can talk about reliability as I only used it for a bit over a month, but my hope is based on how it works that it will last for a long time, while the filter needs to be replaced once a year, based on my use.

I'm a pianist and in my teaching studio I have two pianos. Living in Calgary, where it's very dry, you need to have humidifiers running at all times to make sure your pianos don't dry up and become firewood. There is So much calcium in our water that my humidifiers would leave a calcium residue on everything in my studio. Reverse osmosis systems take all of those nasty minerals out of the water! I fill my humidifiers with water I've treated with my Waterdrop K19. No more calcium residue! Plus, the water tastes great! Highly recommended.
