“This is a great system for people living in apartments on well water systems! It's easy to remove when you leave so the landlord will mind installing it. Supposedly, you can install it yourself but I had to hire a plumber! It took less than one hour so don't let anyone dupe you!!! This is my second one and I highly recommend it to ask my friends and family!”

“We installed this product about 3 weeks ago. Pretty straightforward install. Husband did put the hoses on wrong and had to take apart. They are hard to take off! Lots of water pressure during 5 minute flush, then we had minimal/fluctuating pressure. I contacted customer service. They were pretty quick to respond and gave me instructions to back flush the filter. Since it involved taking the hoses off, my husband suggested we wait and see. The filter isn’t on our primary sink so I agreed. The water pressure has really improved! It’s a little reduced, but I’d expect that. We live in the city and do not have visible sediment and the water tastes fine. We bought to filter out all the other stuff! Very satisfied with the product. I recommend as an easy alternative to counter top filters.”
