“I was initially not impressed with Waterdrop after ordering a 3-pack and only receiving one cartridge. Their customer service was very good and quick at getting me a new 3-pack in the mail. I actually ended up with four while only paying for three. My only concern is that the filter light stays on in the fridge which will require me to write down the date for which it should be changed. The filters perform well and they're inexpensive compared to the Samsung ones. Overall, I'm impressed with Waterdrop.”
