“I have had my Waterdrop RO unit for about 6 months and have been very pleased with it. The water tastes very good and I like the tankless design of the unit. The pump used to create the pressure necessary to have the water flow through the RO filter is very quiet and the flow rate is good. The overall design is compact and the filters are long-lasting and very easy to replace.”
“I got the G2 tankless water filter. Excellent water filter. The ppm reading for my tap water was around 438. After installing the filter it reads 50-60 ppm. It was easy to install and does not alot of space under the sink.
They also have excellent customer service. I had some concerns after I received the filter. They were resolved in a swift manner to my satisfaction.
Still have to see whether the filters last for the lifetime advertised on them. But no major concerns so far.”
“The team at Waterdrop has been responsive, supportive, and truly invested in making sure their customers have the correct solution to meet their water purification needs. They are a caring group of professionals with great insight into what their customers need and help them plan for ongoing solutions to their water purification needs. I was introduced to Waterdrop through their refrigerator water filters, so was excited when their reverse-osmosis technology and systems became affordable for the average homeowner.”

“Equipment is of excellent quality providing great tasting water at a very reasonable price. Undersink unit was easy to install and the filters take only a moment to replace.”
“I had several different water filtration systems in the past years, but none of them is better than this one. I am very satisfied with its water quality and its ease of installation. The price is very competitive too.”
“I have had the system for about a month now. What I like: Space saver in the under the sink cabinet, the unit itself is not pricey and there is a small discount available as well, not so expensive filters, easy to replace filters, no tank.
What I don't like is that it needs power. Had to pay xtra $$ to get continuous power. I am also not sure about the taste of the water. There is a certain plasticky taste in the water. Don't know if it is due to the filter material and whether it will improve with time. The taste may be my biggest gripe Maybe the company can answer this.”
