“Once installed it works perfectly and we are very happy with it. We did have a challenge with the first mineral filter and the line would not stay in, which caused some water to leak, but it was during installation so I was able to catch it fast. I contacted support and they were fantastic and solving the problem and quickly sent a replacement. Once we installed the replacement, everything worked great. Very happy with the overall system and the support of Waterdrop.”
