“I love the design but the filter fails to remove TDS effectively. The TDS indicator on the screen has been red since day 1. I had followed the instruction to remove the water in the reservoir and flush the filter with >5 gallons of water but issue remains.”

“The Waterdrop countertop reverse osmosis system WD-N1-W has met and exceeded all of our expectations. The unit is very easy to set up and maintain, and the instructions are clear and detailed. The countertop system is an excellent alternative to under-the-sink RO systems if space is an issue.
