“I cannot review this product as it just arrived. Took over a month. Water drop seems to make good products. Problem is they are incompetent when it comes to retail sales. I made this purchase because I already had one and wanted to stay with the same replacement filter That order was a chore. This was worse. Despite my informing them that your department has my email and knows what I ordered (and they took money), they still contend there is no order. I consider it an error to have purchased from Waterdrop and would suggest to anyone to purchase Brita or Pur. They seem to know what they're doing.”
