“Never responded to my multiple inquiries regarding my lighting order. Packaging was horrible! One piece of bubble wrap around my light fixture and thrown in a box! No invoice, no order acknowledgment, no customer inquiry form, no Damage claim form, no customer service contact info. The quality is very poor. I am an interior designer, quality of product and communication with vendors are critical. Would never order from this company again!”
