“Thank you to Wind Rider for the quick and complete warranty work. I noticed a seam that decided to come apart on my inner liner. I hardly wore that part of the jacket because the outer jacket was so warm. I was going to use it on a cool evening and noticed the neck seam had separated. I sent wind rider an email, and they were quick to respond. They had me put some tape in the area of the defect and send it in. I was pleasantly surprised by the turn around time! I primarily used my float suit for ice fishing this past year and I am very happy with the warmth and security it provided. I give my suit, and the WindRider Folks two thumbs up.”
