“Well, I messed up! I will not be able to use the rain but maybe a couple months here in the mid south!!! Seriously though anyone on the water in winter time will appreciate the warmth and the floatation is an added safety factor. Middle Tennessee you will not need the liner but maybe a few days in the dead of winter, wish I would have had this suit when I was captain for my son when he was on the high school fishing team!! It does not restrict movement at all, no “wind chill factor” at all and fits great! I would not hesitate to purchase again!!!!!”
