I bought my wife a M women's Ice fishing suit without realizing it doesn't float (my own fault) and when I contacted the company, Sharri in customer service, was quick to respond and very helpful. Sharri was able to help me with exchanging the M women's suit with a S men's floating suit, which fits my wife perfectly. In the end, I had a pleasant experience with the Windriver company/customer service, and both my Wife and I feel safer on the ice knowing that we will stay warm and float if we fall through.”
