I got into ice fishing this year and needed a water/windproof suit. I fished in 20-30 degree weather (no shelter) with no problems with this suit. I was wearing a sweatshirt and jeans underneath with no long underwear. For colder temperatures you'll need to add layers. Great suit for the price.

I actually came across these as I purchased WindRider waterproof gloves. I bought the gloves for ice fishing and snow blowing and have always had my eye on ice fishing suits. When i saw the price and knew the quality of the gloves I thought it was worth pulling the trigger. No disappointment or remorse.-Love the reinforced knees as i have lost snow pants to the rough ice-tons of pockets that are accessible even with gloves on-secure pockets for phone and wallet etc-warm and fits well! I didn't have to look like the Michelin man yet i can stay plenty warm outside of the shelter-I like that the hood is removable as i'm not a huge hood fan

Great value and extremely functional. The suit does what I want, keeps me warm and dry. Full length zippers on bibs allows them to be put on and taken off without removing boots. If ever needed the suit floats, excellent feature.

The suit is super warm (which any lake dweller knows is huge). The best feature is the lined pockets so you can go without gloves when fishing. The quality of the products appears to be there. Not that I care about appearance when fishing but it is not slimming due to the floatation (which i will take the floatation).

I was looking for a new ice suit found this brand and so far it is great. Price and fit are excellent. Due to the quality and comfort of this suit I plan on using it for other activities than just ice fishing.

I got this to replace an older Ice Armor suit. I have only had it out for one weekend, but so far I am impressed. I was fishing with some buddies on Minnewawa over the weekend and was able to also compare it to a stryker suit. Compared to the stryker it seemed the quality of manufacturing was as good or better, but it had a few less features – Velcro instead of magnets (this doesn’t bother me) and a few less pockets. The biggest difference was his suit was around $450 and this was less than $300.Compared to my older clam suit, there was a world a difference. The biggest thing to me was the floatation – this was a must have for me. I haven’t gone through the ice ever, but when upgrading it was a must have feature. It is every bit as warm, has adjustable inseam which is nice. The knees had some nice additional padding which was nice when having to kneel.Weather for the weekend was in the single digits and I was plenty warm. I haven’t had a chance to test it in extremes (another friend was on LoTW and they saw -27). I think with some layers it would be fine, but probably not sufficient alone.Overall, I would give quality and A, features a B+ and price point an A+. If you are someone like me who only ice fishes a handful of times a year this is a perfect set.
