“So, I have avoided reviewing this until I was able to wear it in very poor weather, that moment was today. 50 degree weather, radar was showing dark green and yellow all morning. We were on the lake for 3 and a half hours. Very steady rain, 15 mph wind on top of the wet part. Needless to say my brother and me are not very bright. I can only say this rain suit, bibs and coat worked spectacularly! The only wet spots on me were my feet and my hands. I can not stress enough how happy I am with my purchase. This worked as advertised and I can only say thank you.
I also bought 2 XL size so I can put on more clothes on under the coat and bibs. I am 6 foot tall, weigh 225 lbs. and yes I have room to add cold weather clothing.”
“Haven't had a chance to test this suit in the "real world." However I really like the fact there's two cinch points for the cuffs. Feels like it will really help with keeping water from running inside/down your arms. Hood adjustment is also a plus, and that it can be rolled away into the collar. The biggest negative, the pockets on the jacket, that are fleece lined for warmth, do not zip shut, or have some type of cover to keep water out of the pocket(s). Between the suit and Muck Boots, I hope to stay WAY more dry than in previous rain suits!!!! Time will tell...”
