“I'm very disappointed with these glasses, NOT cheap and nasty but nasty and NOT cheap would be my best description. I'd have been unhappy if the wife had brought them home from The Pound Shop, they even have the name of the glass stamped on the foot of the glass.
I lived in Germany for about 10 years and thought the quality would be better. I can't imagine a local German Gastube using such cheap looking glasses.
When the pandemic is over, I'll head to the city and source some quality cut glasses. The schott Classico will be placed in the recycle bin or donated to a local charity shop where they can sell them off for a few pence each - a much more realistic price.
