“Removing the old filter and installing the new one could not be more straightforward and takes just a few seconds. The only impediment is that in some wine fridge models it is likely that the filter housing will lie behind where you have chosen to slot in one of the wine racks, so you will need to slide that out first in order to access the filter housing. For an ordinary consumer it is hard to test how effective the filter is, but the wine has always kept well; and also it does seem to mostly stop the wine fridge from smelling of old wine leaked onto the racks .... and even of the fruit we often keep in it during the summer. Pricey, of course.”
