“My Lux mattress is very comfortable. It took a few days to acclimatise to it however now I’m so pleased I chose this brand to replace my ageing mattress with. I have found that a good topper pad is essential to get the best out of the mattress comfort.”

“With my severe lower back in pain I was only able to sleep 4 hours at a time so I was a bit cautious in buying this but with the guarantee I thought what do I have to lose? First month I seriously was gonna send it back but giving it time I now love it and would never want another mattress!! Back pain is also completely gone.”

“I bought a lux mattress for my 10 year old who was on a store-bought bed. We kept the base but replaced the overprices and awful mattress it came with. Perfect solution. He now loves his bed and the rest of us are jealous so now I need to buy more!! The delivery was super fast and the box makes it a breeze. Highly recommend.”

“This company has amazing customer service . I ordered two mattresses (and then I ordered two more as they were so comfy. ) I bought them in the sale and Winkl held them for me for a few weeks until I could get them delivered . Oh , and did I mention , when I ordered the first two , they arrived in under 24 hours . Just buy one . They are awesome”

“Lovely mattress easy to assemble. It does need to be turned a bit more often than a normal mattress. I use the North/south then east/west method which works well”

“I'm 6"4 and currently 130kgs so not a small guy, and before I had this mattress I would occasionally wake up with a few aches or a sore back, this was probably due to using 2-3 pillows to become comfortable on my old mattress, but now I only use one pillow (not the winkl pillow... Yet) and wake up after a good nights sleep without any aches of the sort. Can't say any”

“Ordering online was a breeze. Delivery was super fast. My husband was sold on the mattress by day 3. It took me 10 days to get use to it. I almost called it quits after day 5. At first, it felt way too soft and being a heavier person it felt like I was sinking into the mattress lol. It was like I had to really push myself to get out of bed. At one stage the only way I could get sleep was by lying on my back with a pillow under my knees. As I don't normally sleep this way, I lasted 2 nights. By day 7 things started to come right and it was like the mattress started firming up. I wasn't sinking into the mattress as much. Day 10 was the best sleep I had on the mattress...thank god lol. We have been sleeping on the mattress for about 5 weeks now and I am pleased I decided to stick it out.”
