“Bought this for a slat frame bed. It was delivered quickly and is very comfy. Had to let it degas for a couple of days as my partner has a sensitive nose. This suits us both as side and back sleepers. If I roll over onto my stomach it is generally ok, although can sometimes have a sore back. The bed seems to regulate temperature well on both hot and cold nights, although haven't had it in winter yet... I like how squared off the mattress is, it makes the fitted sheet pull super tight!”

“I purchased 'The Lux' for my son for Christmas to replace his worn-out 15-year old innerspring mattress. After some delivery issues (including a lovely 'sorry' note complete with yummy chocolate!), we finally received the mattress and did the super-easy setup on his slat base. We are impressed with the high quality of the product. My son is still getting used to the transition from the old broken mattress to the super cushy memory foam mattress. It is comfy for him and he is sleeping well but finds he sinks into the mattress more than he thought he would. He is 191 cm tall, solid build and is well within the stated weight limit for the mattress. We are really happy Winkl has a 4 month trial period but at this point, it looks like my son may have a long and happy relationship with his new Winkl mattress.”

“I was initially sent the wrong model mattress (the regular rather than the Lux). Despite having to organise the delivery of the correct mattress and a drawn out return process of the incorrect mattress over the new year period, the support team pulled out all the stops to set things right. The Lux mattress is really good and I’m very happy with it, and would happily buy again from Winkl.”
