“It's way too soft for me. After a month of sleeping on it my hip joints went funny until one day I could hardly walk so I lay on the ground for a couple of hours and clicked my back /hip twice. Now I know I like firm mattress I guess XD”

“After purchasing two innerspring beds in the last three years and unable to find comfort on them I decided to give the winkl lux a go. I didn’t expect it would be any different and would still create pain when I was in bed. I’m very happy to say I was so wrong. I only wish I had heard about winkl earlier it would have saved me several thousand dollars in the two beds I couldn’t Sleep in. I put the mattress on a salt base and it’s working well.”

“I ended up having to return the matress because it wasn't quite right for me (too soft for me but I tend to like quite a firm/hard mattress). However still giving 5 stars as deaprite my preference I could tell the mattress was siper comfy and the Winkl customer service was phenomenal. When the mattress was 1st delivered the courier ended up leaving it in a non-secure area (that wasn't on my property) and the mattress ended up stolen. However after a quick chat and some super fast emails a new mattress was promptly sent. Then the process of returning the mattress was fast a stress free. After confirming the mattress had been picked up by the Salvatiom Army I received a refund confirmation email within 10 minutes. Honestly Winkl has provided some of the best service I have ever received and I highly recommend them.”

“To be honest having talked to the matress shop people, I was convinced that I was going to get this bed while I was short on cash then return it after the trial and buy a 'real matress'. Well having slept soundly on my Lux I'm keeping it. I don't know what else I can say to validate it but I have no regrets buying this.”

“We previously bought a $3500 luxury mattress. We took heaps of time in deciding on this purchase, lying on every mattress in every shop in town. It was a disaster, over the course of a year we both progressively got such terrible back pain that something had to be done. I guess we should have taken the bed back, but just kept persevering with it, I don't know why, but we did. Anyway in desperation I went online, found Winkl, read the great reviews, bought the mattress. It's been 2 months now. My back is completely cured. My husbands is a lot better. The fancy mattress is now stored in the shed while I decide what to do with it. Thankyou Winkl.”

“My partner and I absolutely love our Winkl Lux and highly recommend it to everyone that we know. It is so soft and cushiony, feels like a hug after a really long day at work. If you're doubting whether or not you should buy it, I highly recommend taking the plunge, you won't regret it. We're dreading going out of town now as nothing would be as comfortable as our bed setup at home”

“Our old mattress was from 1996 and was getting to it's used by date. We bought the Winkl site unseen going by reviews. It lived up to it's reviews and is a very comfortable mattress. A couple of weeks ago my wife had a Spinal Fusion operation and I think that without the Winkl she would have found sleeping a bit of an issue. We are very happy with it.”
