“The pillow is lovely and soft and good quality however after sleeping on it for a week, my neck pain was getting worse, not better, as I had hoped by purchasing this pillow, more an issue with my neck then the pillow. Customer service for returns was incredible. I also have the mattress which I love!”

“All in all I am pretty happy with the winkl pillow. Options on thickness would be a great improvement I think. But really, for the money, it's a damn fine pillow.”
