“My old pillow conked out and was overdue for a replacement. Saw this advertised on Instagram and decided to give it a go. Didn’t realise it was a Kiwi brand! The pillow is larger than the standard pillows one gets in most home stores but I actually prefer this size as it covers the entire span of my king bed! It is surprisingly in the ‘soft hard’ category of firmness and comes with a washable zip case, though I wish there were more cases in different colours! Very happy with my purchase and would recommend! Fast delivery too! :)”

“Ok I’m going to be honest, when I got the pillow it felt comfortable trying it out when it arrived, my head and neck felt very supported but I wasn’t a fan at all when it came to sleeping . I found it too firm to what I was used to and couldn’t seem to get comfortable on it unless I was on my back as I’m mostly a tummy/side sleeper so I tossed and turned a lot to get comfortable. I emailed to return it after 2 weeks and was told to try it for another 2 weeks and then return it. I switched back to my regular pillow that night and I couldn’t get comfortable with that, up throughout the night and woke up with my usual neck and back pain. So I decided to try the winkl again, I got a better sleep and within a few days I was loving it. It is such a comfortable pillow, I just needed time to adjust to it. My neck and back pain are gone and I’m sleeping soundly. I also have the winkl lux mattress and now with a proper pillow I feel completely weightless sleeping. I’m a very happy customer, it’s the best pillow and mattress I’ve had. Thanks Winkl”

“After purchasing a winkl lux mattress and experiencing how amazing it feels I had to purchase the pillows to match. I normally get aches in my neck from sleeping funny but since using this pillow I wake up every morning with no issues. Best combo!”

“If I could use the like button and press the six star option I would. I bought this pillow in hopes it could help my partner find much needed rest, its changed her life.
