“Its soft and comfy but just too flat. I feel like I am lying straight on the mattress. I purchased a mattress at the same time, why are you not asking about that too? I messaged this week yo say it wasn't for me, it is too firm. Only to be told I had to wait 30 days to return. Its actually giving me a sore back so I am really disappointed I have to wait 30 days. I understand giving it sone time, but when it is causing discomfort, no.”

“I love my pillow and have talked family members into purchasing also. The only reason I give it a 4 star is that I usually sleep with 2 pillows and it would be excellent if just slightly higher .”
