“My item arrived damaged and it was an absolute nightmare to get sorted. You don't get assigned a case manager, speak to someone different every time and they are making decisions about the serviceability of a product they have no idea about, let alone the qualifications to assess. I advise steering clear of this lot however if you are unfortunate enough to have to deal with them keep the pressure on them, don't let them pull the wool over your eyes and just give up.”
“Ended up compensating me for a damaged product in the end however it was a long hard battle, and even then they wanted to rip me off with the amount refunded, luckily I am the sort of person that stands my ground when it comes to this sort of thing, the average Joe would have just rolled over and accepted being diddled.
Route have people who appear to have no idea what the products are that they are making assessments on, furthermore, you are pushed from pillar to post when it comes to Route staff handling your file, just about every email comes from a different person, unreal, I advise people to steer clear of Route if you get the chance.
Dealing with them on this issue has definitely left a sour taste in my mouth.”
