“I own a charcoal grey Saskia skirt and love it so it made sense to buy another one! I am only 5ft 1 so I was reassured that it would fit and be the correct length.
However I was I disappointed to discover that the denim skirt is 2-3 inches longer than the one I own. Surely they should be the same, no? I am assuming these skirts must have been made in different factories and the measurement weren’t checked.
Please make them with consistent shorter lengths so I can buy another one.”
“This skirt is the perfect for weekends when I'm running errands - I throw it on with my Pumas, a t-shirt and leather jacket.(A nice change from jeans.) So, so easy to wear and really comfortable. I'm a small size 12, 5'5" and there is no problem with the pockets not sitting properly (as other reviews have mentioned). I love the long length, too.”
“I was worried about ordering this as the early reviews mentioned the pockets not sitting flat. I am a small size 12 and ordered size 3 and it is perfect. I think maybe go up a size if you are between sizes. I’m 5ft 7 and it is mid calf on me and a really good practical length (not too long) the denim is very soft. I can see myself wearing this a lot”
“I am really enjoying this skirt. I am a size 12, and either a 2 or 3 in Wyse, I ordered a size 3 because I read it had no elastic in the waist, which is my problem with skirts, it is quite loose on the hips but then the pockets aren’t a problem. I’ve worn it with boots and a jumper and as it is a nice soft denim looking forward to wearing it with sandals and t shirts when the weather warms up. Thanks Wyse ,”
“Very nice skirt, a great addition to my wardrobe. I was worried the denim would be thick when in fact, it’s got weight without being too heavy. I wear this skirt a lot to work with a formal jacket, but it can obviously be dressed down too. I love the fact that it does have pockets, even if they do stick out a tiny bit on me also, and it is very comfortable around the waist.”
“This skirt is lovely. It’s fits so well. I am 5’6 and a size 8 and the size 1 is a great length. Skirt is well made in beautiful denim but glad I got it in the sale. It was originally quite expensive.”
“This is a lovely skirt, great length and quality of denim. The issue is the positioning of the pockets, which are set on the widest part of the hips and they open out making it look very bulky. I kept the skirt as it was in the sale and will sew the pockets so they don’t gape.”
