“It's a beautiful dress but I think I am the wrong body shape. The high waist and shirred top contrast unflatteringly with a rounded stomach. If I was shorter or slimmer it would be perfect, or if you have a completely flat stomach with a generous bust.
I am 5 foot 7 and wyse 4.
I was wearing shapewear when I tried it on.

“I am so disappointed to be returning this dress as I coveted it as soon as I saw it on live. The fabric is absolutely beautiful and my normal size 2 fitted perfectly but the lining is significantly shorter than the actual dress. As the fabric is sheer this is really obvious when the light is behind you. I'm only 5'3" and the lining looks too short on me.I love the rest of the dress so much I tried it on three times to convince myself it was ok but my daughter's verdict was it was too expensive to keep if I had any doubts. Really hoping there is a blouse in this fabric as the colour is gorgeous.”
“I was eagerly waiting for this dress: in blue my favourite colour. It arrived today & I tried it on, whilst fit was great, the material felt so cheap. It didn’t have the touch of luxury of silky ness & it just did not meet my expectations at such a high price tag. I had wanted this for my birthday but sadly it’s going back this afternoon.”
