“Received my parcel quite late and although I loved the look of the cardigan in the box - the size came up really small for what should be a chunky loose item - S/M. I am a size 10 and this was quite tight on me - nothing like the fit in the picture
I was eager to get the larger size on an exchange but disappointingly there was no return label in the box and when I emailed the customer care to try and get one sent -the return email said it would take 2/3 days fro a response.
For an online player - that is really poor and it will probably mean I just return for a full refund rather than wait again
I really think you need to respond and attend to simply fixable issues within 24 hours or you risk losing repeat orders”
“Lovely chunky cardigan. Love the full sleeves, colour and pockets. However this isn’t wearable as the shedding is unbelievable. Just from trying it on my T-shirt and jeans were covered. I gave it a few shakes and ended up with wool all over the floor. I have tried to contact Wyse and waiting a response. A beautiful cardigan but I can’t wear it as it just covers everything it comes into contact with, so disappointed an expensive mistake.”

“Completely adore my cardigan; my first Wyse investment. I’m small - usually a size 6-8 and about 5’3” - so ordered the XS initially. It was a little short in the sleeves (just hit my wrist bone) and while oversized, not as oversized as I was after length-wise in particular, so I exchanged for a S/M following a very helpful phone call and it’s perfect. So perfect that I might not take it off; we’re on holiday in Cornwall at the moment and it’s making me so happy that I’m wearing it non-stop, and as a cosy and somewhat spoily dressing gown. “I am a fairly petite size 8 (5ft 4 )I ordered both the XS and S/M but decided on the S/M as I wanted a more slouchy look. Pink colour is beautiful but it does shed fibres. Overall though I love it and know it will be well worn with jeans and dresses alike.”

“Loved the look of this in the picture. Imagined it to be a soft pink colour with a loose knit. Unfortunately it was a darker pink than the picture and the knit was irregular. It looked cheap - like a market stall purchase. So disappointed as had thought it would be one of my favourite items of clothing. Definitely not worth £200 to my mind so I returned it. The return was handled well and I have my money back. I have bought many things from Wyse and will be back but it seems to me that the quality is variable - not always there for the price.”
