DB X Wyse Tweed Herringbone Jacket - Dark Grey 0 Reviews

4.2 Rating 9 Reviews
Beautiful stylish jacket. Been looking for something like this for a while & stumbled on Wyse via Instagram and a post from Pia wearing the denim blazer. Love that it is not lined - better in Aussie Winter & makes it more wearable and less formal. This was my first Wyse purchase & from overseas, so was a little unsure about sizing, especially with an oversized fit. I am 168cm tall, fairly lean and most closely match the size 2 Wyse dimensions (89/70/95). I personally found the size 2 in this jacket a little bit overwhelming for my frame. The size 1 is perfect & still slightly oversized. I was also lucky enough to find the Tatiana trench in size 2 which was a perfect fit for me.

I bought the Deborah Brett herringbone jacket and am absolutely delighted. It is a perfect casual jacket in a warm, soft wool which can also step up to a dressier moment. The bracelet length sleeves are very flattering and the jacket length is a little longer which makes it ideal to wear with skirts, trousers and dresses. I was so happy when I opened my package from Wyse to find a fabulous high quality jacket that is definitely a mainstay for at least 3 seasons of the year.

Purchased a size smaller as I’m petite at 5’2 and normally size 2, so purchased size 1. Didn’t want it to be too oversized. Also noticed Judith trying two sizes and looked like the smaller size was a better fit on the shoulders and underarm area which really helped me to make this decision and which turned out to be the right one. Great little jacket which although not lined, the fabric is soft, of a good thickness and warm. Also without lining the sleeves can be pushed up and the jacket has movement. So glad purchased this after admiring it on Judith.

I already submitted a review for this item which Wyse decided not to publish. Probably because I only gave this jacket two stars and returned it. Surprising then that I received an email from Wyse asking for a review - will see if they decided to publish this one. I usually love purchases from Wyse - mostly find their items to be excellent quality but was really disappointed with this jacket. This jacket is very thin and unlined - more like something you would buy from Zara and could not justify the cost, even for half the price. Also came up quite short on me - I' m 5'9 so expected the same length as the image of the model but in reality much shorter.

Just received this jacket this morning and must say I’m shocked at the quality. I’ve bought other things from Wyse I have loved so am surprised at how bad this is. The jacket is unlined and super thin. This type of quality I would expect of Zara or Topshop just not a jacket that costs £260! Love the style but at this price point the quality needs to be there and it’s not.

Soft, warm, cosy, and effortlessly cool and elegant. Love it! I am UK size 14 and size 4 fit as I think it's meant to - slightly oversized.

I’m 5ft and either a size 0 or 1 in Wyse clothes. I ordered the 0 in this jacket and it’s roomy without looking too large on my petite frame. The usual good quality that I’ve come to expect from Wyse. The bracelet length sleeves make it a little bit cool and oh so chic. It’s an investment piece for me. But it’s versatile and looks good over dresses as well as with jeans and a T.
