“I’m sorry, but I wasn’t impressed with this coat. When I opened the bag, I could see lots of fluff stuck to it, and on inspection, there were threads hanging from the lining which I think had frayed prior to stitching.
It’s not what I expected from a brand which prides itself on quality, and I will therefore return the coat.”
“This is lovely high quality coat. I have always bought size 1 from Wyse but this item was definitely on a very small size. Narrow in the shoulders and too fitted for a winter coat. Fine if you are looking for a fitted coat but size up if youd'like to wear winter jumpers underneath. Hence I am giving 4 stars instead of my usual 5.”
“I've been trying to buy a navy coat for over two months and deliberated over this one for some time as one of the first I'd earmarked. I should have just bought this one first without all the other purchased and returned ones!
The fit is fantastic & flatters without adding bulk but still has the look of a classic pea coat. The weight, structure and finish are all impeccable. I love it and can see myself enjoying wearing it every coat season for years.

“I am generally size 10-12 and, after reading the reviews, decided I would go for size 2, my usual Wyse size, even though I questioned whether I could wear thicker jersey layers underneath.
I fell for this coat the minute I unwrapped it; beautifully cut and finished and heavier than I thought it would be. However, it proved to be just that little bit too tight across the shoulders and bust with a jersey and also I found the material rather harsh, although I suppose it will soften in time. This meant I found it itchy around my neck; I’d have to put on a scarf every time I wore it.
So for that reason and the thought that a size 3 (which is no longer in stock) would be too big, I have very sadly returned it. Such a shame as it really is a gorgeous item.”
