“I bought this in the sale and absolutely love it. The colour combination is very chic and the fabric is light and airy. I will get so much wear out of it. I particularly love the Wyse attention to detail with the little concealed straps that keep bra straps in place.”
“Another Wyse winner - so versatile with the ability to wear three ways and so easy to put on - my only suggestion would be to add one or two additional buttonholes, as the straps do slide down.”
“Really lovely, light dress - ever so slightly shorter than I would have liked (I’m 5’ 7”) at mid calf length. As others have said the straps are quite long even on the shorter adjusted length, I’ve worn it twice and annoyingly they keep falling down, I’ve worn it with a strapless bra, i tried hooking a normal bra through the straps but didn’t work for me. It has washed fine but it wasn’t until washing I realised it’s not 100% cotton which is slightly disappointing but the viscose content probably makes it hang better and it’s really comfy to wear.”
“I have kept this as it looks great and the fabric is lovely, but.... The thinness of the bodice is an issue (a bit see-through, feels flimsy, so for me a bra's a must as there's no support, and I won't be able to wear it strapless- I also have concerns about how long the elasticity will last- previous similar dresses have had doubled fabric over the bodice) plus no pockets!!!
I like it as a sundress and skirt though, with the above caveats-”
“I took this on holiday - a fabulous suitcase space saver! Wore as a dress and as a skirt - and really cool and flattering. Only thing is the straps slip a bit and would have been good to be able to alter them - but only a minor gripe. Thoroughly recommended.”
“I had high hopes for this dress after reading the reviews, however, I found as a dress this was a little short - not quite middy enough (I'm 5ft 6ins)and as a skirt, I had to have the shirring up under my bosoms in order for it not to be at my feet, which I can imagine being a little annoying and uncomfortable after a while. I also think the elastic would not be tight enough to keep up as a skirt.So, I have to return although the fabric and print are lovely.”
