“It arrived tarnished and discoloured with black and brown marks all over it, it looks like an old second hand piece of silver jewellery that has not been cared for properly, not like something just purchased brand new from a jewellery store. When I sent an email about it I was only told I can send it back but I have to pay for the return postage and then I will be refunded for the jewellery only not the original postage either, and I also can’t just take it back to a store either. Will never order anything online from this store again. If I saw this in the store I wouldn’t have bought it in this state.”
